Friday Evening
“Let’s Go Girls!!!”
Summer in Arizona is a perfect time to put on our boots & cowgirl hats and

enjoy a foot stompin’ good ‘ole time at the rodeo.

So, dress on up in your best Western outfit and join us for some

live western music, some line dancing, and a good Chuckwagon Buffet.


Saturday Morning –
“Root For Your Team”
Welcome - it’s springtime, so let’s think SPORTS……
Pick your favorite sport and join the parade.
Make up a short skit, maybe using their motto or slogans, and proudly

wear their colors. The playing fields are far and wide to choose from - soccer,

baseball, softball,  pickleball, tennis, golf, track, corn hole, football, swimming,

Kentucky Derby, Indy 500, and any Olympic sport, including curling!!!


Saturday Afternoon –
“All Seasons of Sisterhood”
All of our sisters are welcome to be a part of our Recognition Reception

planned for the Prescott Resort’s Granite Mountain Suite, giving you a beautiful view of our valley.
Keeping with our Beta Sigma Phi traditions, the black and yellow décor will set the

stage as we honor the milestones of our attending sisters for their dedication to ‘following the light’

and giving their best to advance a greater understanding of our principles
“Of the good, the true and the beautiful.”
Attire is casual dressy
Be sure to answer all of the Honors questions on the registration form


Saturday Evening –
“All That Glitters”
Captures the Winter wonderland of the white of a snowfall that sparkles in the

sunlight or the black of the night sky with the stars that twinkle so brightly
Step back with us into a Golden Era of Entertaining & Entertainment –

dressed in your finery, black or white & all of the bling you dare to wear to gleam,  glimmer, and glow.

Cocktails at 5 pm, Dinner at 6 pm, and then we will be entertained

to remember the romance and nostalgia with the sounds of Big Band music and early 50’s vocal harmonies

Sunday Morning –
“Farewell to Fall”
With the scents of apples, cinnamon, and pumpkins, we celebrate the cycles of sisterhood.
Attire is summer dress in fall colors with an added bonus accessory of a Hat or Fascinator.
Enjoy a plated breakfast and mellow music reminding us of our fall and autumn memories.

We will conclude the business of the convention, accept bids presented for the 2028 or future AZ State Conventions,

and cast our votes, honor in our Memorial Service the sisters we have lost since

the 2025 AZ State Convention, and observe our Beta Sigma Phi 2027 AZ State Convention
